NSW recorded less than 19,000 COVID-19 tests in the past 24 hours, which is over 3,000 tests less than Victoria in the same reporting period.

Reporters have grilled acting NSW premier John Barilaro and NSW Chief Health Officer Dr. Kerry Chant over the worse than “dog’s breakfast” testing rates in the state.

“We’re disappointed that our testing regime has not been up to the standard of a dog’s breakfast,” Dr. Kerry Chant responded to reporters.
